I have always wanted to build amazing things that just work. Not work some of the time, but every time. That desire led me to software engineering, where I could create and build anything I dreamed up. Along the way I realized there was an equally important, and deeper mission: building people into the best version of themselves. This journey so far has resulted in an impact beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Background
I spent 13 years at Rocket Mortgage, starting as an Application Engineer writing queries and scripts on the systems I’d eventually lead at enterprise scale. I grew from hands-on engineer to Sr. Director of Engineering, leading 110 engineers across 10 teams with a $20M annual budget. The systems my teams owned powered $320B in closed loan volume in 2020 - every lead routed, every call connected, every loan originated.
Most recently I led a 5-year enterprise CRM transformation from a 20-year legacy system to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, supporting $72B in annual origination volume across 10,000 users. I deployed agentic AI to transform client outreach operations and built multi-agent development frameworks that automated the engineering lifecycle from requirements through deployment. When Rocket acquired Redfin, my team integrated 250+ loan officers onto our platform in 8 weeks.
Before Rocket, I worked at Ford Motor Company driving process improvement through 6-Sigma methodology and data-driven root cause analysis. Before that, I co-founded a boutique consulting company and built networks and datacenter infrastructure for growing businesses.
I grow engineers into leaders, and I’ve spent my career owning the systems that can’t go down while building the ones that haven’t been imagined yet.
